The last hope of Wendy's in the Leander/Cedar Park and this spot just buried any chance for future visits.
Each visit here has gotten worse and worse. The quality of food has folded under pressure without the stress of a multitude of visitors for lunch/dinner rush. The pictures I just posted were the result of me being the ONLY car in drive thru and what appears to be 2 small families in the dining room. It's a shame I'd have to spend another 5-15 minutes sitting in the drive through AFTER I've received my food for quality control/remakes. Not defeats the purpose of a drive through.
Only benefit of this location is most of the time the fires are hot
Their online support is even worse, practically forces you to speak to the store. Forget this location refunding you for any mistakes, just come on back to get your food taken care of (as if that's always an option).
Save your time and money, go visit somewhere else.

So we ordered online a simple order, hamburger and fries, a salad w/ cup of chili and 2 medium chocolate frosties. The food part was right and we got spoons and straws but no frosties. We live in Bertram so im not going to go back at 930pm. Im pissed because my wife rips me a new you know what for not double checking the order. I didn't order at the drive thru it was online, fail safe right, read the order. Very unhappy that a simple order can't be served accurately. Call the restaurant to discuss but you get an answering machine, not even a real person so bad review from me. Wouldn't have been if someone answered the phone.

We will not return to this location. Ordering through the drive up is automated voice ordering. No interaction from a real human being during the order process. Basically you place your order then it asks you a series of questions to complete order. Very unpersonal. Then you get to the window to see a person standing there. Why replace a person with automation?

I hate to say this, but it just needs to be put out there every time I visit The three times that I’ve been there the service of qualification of customer service is so poor. It’s ridiculous and it’s all the way from team member to management and that’s the sad part. I know what it is what the animosity they have with the issues they have with the people whatever it is and it says I don’t know the service is just poor qualification in poor care membership basically is what it is. I hope let it down in the future that it works out. It makes it better but until then, I will never go there. I will never take my family there my friends there it’s just the whole atmosphere. It’s just its offputting basic is what it is.
