Their ice cream machines are broken less often than at many other locations. Food is generally pretty good and not too old by the time it gets to you. The employees have been fairly friendly. I'm knocking off 2 stars because several of my orders have been incorrect, such as giving me 40 nuggets when I ordered 80, forgetting sauces, etc. Nothing world-shattering, but know what to expect and check your order. I'll still hit this drive-thru because it's the closest location to my home, but my expectations have adjusted over time.
