I called the store and asked if they could pull the order up to an earlier time. They accommodated and said it would be ready in 20. Great! When I arrived, there was a frantic 5 minutes where nobody had an order for me. As things got more awkward, someone came and let me know that my order went out the door to someone else. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting it had not returned, so I asked them to remake it. Shortly after a very tired man arrived with my order to exchange it with his. While there was an apology, this was clearly pretty far out of the way for him (Richard was his name but his wife ordered). As for me, ended up getting the order pretty close to the original pick up time, but stood waiting in the store for over 30 minutes. I don’t know what “making it right” is, but left frustrated for me and the other man involved. The manager quietly disclosed that he had a bunch of new people, which I get… but am discouraged from coming back based on my 2 recent experiences.

Calling this pizza is a joke. Barely any cheese. Over cooked. Roughly two artichokes (that we paid for). This pizza here is the perfect representation of what you should expect from this place.
