  The quality and service continue to decline at this location. I would prefer to order from Double Dave’s, but I have been disappointed about our last 4 orders, ( we order every 4-8 weeks). They continually seem to be unable to follow my delivery orders and the un-uniformed manner in which the pizza is sliced is frustrating. I always request Parmesan, but rarely receive it and delivery drivers never carry it.

  After contacting Josh, per the response, still ZERO response!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give less than one star for each I would! I received an “out for delivery” email at 5:43, than another one at 6:08. I called and spoke with 2 different employees that had no clue when I could expect my order, but blamed the drivers and said it was just remade and sent out….10 minutes AFTER the 2nd delivery notice. When I asked to speak with a manager, there wasn’t one?!? Seriously WORST customer service ever!

  Worrst management of a local establishment I’ve ever encountered. Brianna was so unprofessional and let us just stand there while chatting with coworkers when trying to order

  When I moved to the area, I didn’t realize how much I’d miss the local Austin spots. I honestly never expected to see a DoubleDave’s out here, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved their pepperoni rolls—they’re still just as good. Pizza isn’t personally my favorite, but my husband and kids absolutely love it, so that says a lot. The salads are always fresh, the Cheesy Stix never disappoint, and when I ask for my wings extra crispy, they always get it right. I also love that they offer delivery, and everything arrives fresh every time. A huge thank you to the staff for consistently great customer service, and especially to Brianna for her upbeat attitude—it truly makes a difference when you’re busy and just trying to get dinner on the table. Top-notch customer service all around. We’re so grateful to have a taste of home right here in our community. Keep up the great work, DoubleDave’s team!
