The ladies that we dealt with were very sweet and super helpful with information about their gluten-free options for the fact I have an allergy. While we were sitting there waiting for our food, the manager, I’m assuming the GM came in getting onto her employee about not doing the sodas properly. She went on and on about how certain people need to do better jobs and this that and the other not only do I think this is inappropriate to do in front of customers, but it’s also inappropriate to do in front of other staff. Situations like this should be handled in one-on-one situations, not publicly displayed. Was very disappointed in this manager, talking to her staff that way publicly seemed extremely in unprofessional, and I felt so bad for the girls there. With over 10 years of management experience, I understand that certain things need to be addressed, but I think there’s a time in a place and I also think there’s a way to speak to your employees.
