The meal and staff were great. The clientele had grumpy elderly people that wanted peace and quiet. Like why judge and reprimand children for being there when there are literally adorable pages of icecream colored on the walls. There’s also an ice chest full of ice cream which are at eye level for children! It’s literally across the street from a junior high! If the elderly folks who attend the DQ want peace and quiet - they should go somewhere else like the library.

Went to Dairy Queen. My order was rung up by the manager. She had to help Rick ring up a free meal card. And I ordered 1 Mini Blizzard Oreo x Reese's $4.49. The meal I ordered was 1 Bacon Cheese Hunr-Buster combo $11.49 Reg Fry and 32 oz Beverage. I saw my meal under the heat lamp sitting for a while. As other customers were getting their order. And they came after me. I received my Blizzard soon after I ordered. Ate it and still my order was under the heat lamp. Rick before he called the manager Miss Sky to help him he was yawning 🥱. Ready to work no.
Ready for customer service no.
So I said sir to Rick and motioned for him to come to me. He did I asked him if that was my meal under the heat lamp he said yes. He would get it. I said no I want it remade. So it got remade. I spoke up about it. Other customers heard me. I am not his boss. But he needs retraining.
6:10pm. I called Dairy Queen asked to talk to the manager. I talked with Miss Sky. She said she remembered me and helped with the order. She said that I would get some free meal cards or so. She said the managers would talk to Rick about his work and service.
I told Miss Sky that Dairy Queen has several good personalities working for the company. They are friendly and kind. And cheerful 😊
I go so much to Dairy Queen. Y neighbors say I have stock in Dairy Queen. I buy Ice Cream cakes for birthdays 🎂 🥳. And for the Senior club members.
So I see the staff often.
It was a slow time of the day when I got to Dairy Queen 3:49pm. So it should of been so easy to make it go right.
So here I am at 937pm
