  Tried the 20 Boneless Wings + Fries combo at Buffalo Wild Wings and it was really good. The wings were crispy and cooked just right. I ordered them with the Honey BBQ sauce, which is one of my favorite flavors there sweet, smoky, and really tasty. The fries came out hot and crispy, which made a great side with the wings. The portion size was generous too 20 wings is definitely enough for my wife and I. Service was quick and the place had a good vibe, especially if you're there to watch a game. Overall, a solid meal and I’d definitely order it again.

  Update: still no refund and GM stated that they would process my request tomorrow (it has been weeks). Then came back and stated he already processed the refund, and would do it again tomorrow. Usually I have faith in humanity, however in this case, I have zero faith. If you have had issues with refunds, please contact corporate immediately. First time was great, second time the wings were so salty that we couldn’t eat them and took them back. I was told I would get a refund, but the owner (I’m assuming) said he would process it on Monday, order was placed on a Thursday, which was extremely sketchy. I will edit this once (if) that refund goes through.

  The young employees working here were outstanding. Despite some initial confusion about whether the Pick Six came with cups or bottles the issue was resolved quickly and without any problem. However, the manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable. The way he spoke to a young female employee was disrespectful, demeaning, and unnecessary. He addressed her loudly, in front of other staff and within earshot of customers, which was both unprofessional and inappropriate. No employee — especially high-school-aged workers — should ever be spoken to in this manner. If this is how he speaks to employees in public, I can only imagine how he treats them when customers are not present. I intended to address this directly with him, but he left immediately after I reassured the young lady that mistakes happen. This manager is in serious need of leadership and management training. Where I come from, people are treated with respect, and this type of behavior should not be tolerated in any workplace.

  The wings were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The sauce selection never disappoints, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I loved that they packaged the order neatly, keeping the sauced wings separate from the dry rub so nothing got soggy. The ranch was creamy and generous, which honestly makes a big difference. Service was quick, and the staff made the whole pickup process smooth and easy. If you’re craving wings done right, this location absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be back.

  Leaving a generous 3-star as want these people to succeed. Staff was very nice and still learning, food prep was quick but order was messed up some and issues with the app. Went to order online as there was a special that we wanted to take part in, but online ordering was down and the app stated to call to order. We did so, but they didn't seem to want to honor the app price. Went in and finally spoke with the manager who was hesitant to honor the online price but after a few back and forth's, he finally gave me an appropriate discount to match the online price. Big take-away, it wasn't my fault online ordering wasn't allowed, so why should I have to pay more for in-store prices. One set of our wings had zero sauce on them, and the rest were no way extra sauced or crispy as special ordered. I do hope they work through their kinks and understand they were extra busy with the app being down and having to take every order in person or over the phone, but biggest hit was the manager trying to make it sound like it was my problem the app was down and not honoring an online price that I showed him initially. Will give it some time before trying again, so hope others have better luck in the meantime.
