  Ate at their Buffalo Hirsch trailer about 4 weeks ago with a bunch of friends. Apparently the owner prefers politics to making good pizza. It was OK, but a bit expensive considering what I got. The service was only OK. The atmosphere isn't under their control (so left unrated), but Buffalo Hirsch has a pretty cool setup... if the weather is good. The good beer available at the bar inside helped offset the dining disappointment. I doubt I'll patronize them again.

  The new outlet in Lewisville lives up to Denton. Good pizza. Wait is a little long but it's worth it for the quality. It's a food truck inside the new Buffalo Hirsch of you aren't aware.

  Great pizza, really the best pizza I’ve had anywhere around here. However, it’s very expensive for a few slices. Ordered for pick up and didn’t get all that I ordered, didn’t realize their mistake until I got home. Since I ordered from them directly there was no way to reach them except by phone call. It’s a food trailer in the back of Buffalo Hirsch, which is a cool fun atmosphere.
