- TWTko WillApr 4, 20261.0If I could give a zero I would. This is the closest location to my home and each time the service has been the worst. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, some people don't need to interact with the public. The two Hispanic women who work there are not friendly, rude and almost rush you out when making your order. They do more conversing with each other than interacting with the customers. When you ask for different things to added onto your order they get an attitude and act as if you are bothering them. Companies need to do a better job as to whom they hire because when there are no monitors to what's going on no one ever knows. This is absolute trash and the amount of carelessness for the job you applied for and got hired for is insane.

Im not sure if they realize that they're the ones who picked this as a job! It's very unfortunate that this is the only Subway closest to me. Highly Disappointed!!

I grabbed three more napkins anyway and she looked at me and said something in her language (probably Spanish). It made me feel upset. The ones that were already included were only two napkins anyway. Were a few napkins really worth getting upset over?
