  Very poor service. I ordered from home and opt for pickup. It took me 10 min to reach here. And it was not even peak time 3:30 pm Monday afternoon. No one was there but my order was not ready. Person asked me to show order and then he started preparing. What was point of ordering beforehand if you guys going to prep it after my arrival ? Absolutely thrash

  I did a drive thru around 11:55. I had one of the worst experiences in my life. The guy who was taking order was so unprofessional and seems like he does not want to be there. While i said all my "please" , and "Thank you", he treated me poorly and had no manners or skills to communicate. If the team or manager would re wind the order voice audio they would know how much customers they are listening just because of bad service and employees. I felt so humiliated. I am going to be emailing the Mc. Donald's team too because they don't deserve to lose business or customers just because of bad employees.

  We have given this location more chances than any restaurant reasonably deserves. After dozens of visits, the pattern of disappointments continues and things have not improved. The morning staff is very kind and does a solid job. Outside of that, especially in the evenings and at night, order accuracy is a constant issue. This goes well beyond small mistakes. Entire items are regularly missing, including things as basic as fries. We have received the wrong sandwiches altogether, like a Spicy McChicken instead of a regular. On multiple occasions, we have been given the wrong type of burger patty, including getting a standard frozen patty in place of what was supposed to be a Quarter Pounder. Things like that make it hard to perceive these as honest mistakes. What is worse is how it is handled afterward. When we reach out about missing items, the response is that refunds can only be processed in person at a scheduled time. That is not a reasonable expectation for a fast food order. No one should have to carve out time to fix a mistake they did not make. A simple refund or a credit for the full value of what was missing would resolve this easily, but that has not been offered. At this point, it is hard to justify coming back. The issues are consistent, and the lack of a practical solution makes it worse. The one thing this location has going for it is that the location off of Sam Rayburn in Carrollton tends to be markedly worse. Don’t let that fool you, though. In terms of service and quality, this location is still nowhere near even the most average of McDonald’s.

  Now I see why this MCDONALD'S has a 3 star review. I was gonna comment on a bad visit, but the reviews speaks for themselves.
