  I was a little worried when we first arrived because the drive up across the bridge was not in good shape at all. Then the shoes we rented were in tatters. However, the folks that worked there (shout out to Neo, our runner, the girl at the front desk, and the guy working the human claw) were all super friendly and helpful. Plus, other than the shoes, everything else about the place was clean and in great shape.

  Brought a lot of students to play and they had fun however I sat at 2 different tables and they were very dirty, the place just had opened and the tables had stuck on soda and food.

  Had an amazing time at Main Event! A huge shoutout to Preston — he went above and beyond to make sure our group had a great experience. He was friendly, attentive, and really made the visit special. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people have fun. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Preston

  We were in town with group of 9 students. Arcade was a lot of fun for kids. Nevertheless, it was a hazle paying for their food because they did not take cash in the pizza area. Chaperones had to use their cards to pay for students foods and then get money from the kids. Also there menu said they sold pizza by the slice but when kids ordered they said there menu was out of date. Kids ended up buying an $11 personal pizza. Food took at the least 45 min to get to the table. I do not recommend place for a group like ours.

  My family and I came here for a visit over our district’s spring break, during a week that the local area was NOT on spring break. It was dead. Nothing was happening. The staffing was minimal. And let me tell you…. Sophia made the whole entire day. First, we bowled. She was so gracious to help us with the shoe rental. She was seemingly running the entire place when she took our food and drink orders, and then again when we checked out there. Then, we went to the arcade and she wasn’t far behind. We had questions and she was there to help. Laser tag was a part of the package we purchased, and there wasn’t any one else around who wanted to play…. But she booted the whole dang thing up for just us. One of my littles had a vest malfunction and she helped the whole thing flow as smooth as silk. And then…… when the day was done, she stood at the arcade prize booth dutifully and patiently while my children deliberated ad nauseam between a toilet shaped candy and a poop emoji candy. She waited while each child checked out, she pre-prepared bags for their prizes, and…. Wow. Even as a parent, it was a magical experience. This was our big Spring Break Thing and I’m so, SO grateful Sophia was there for the whole thing. There was never a moment she faltered or thought we were annoying. 100000/10, Sophia made the day. I will remember this day forever, no notes. Thank you, Sophia.
