While my order was being prepared, I watched the employee making my cheese fries grab the shredded cheese with her bare hands no gloves, no utensils, nothing. Food safety is basic. This isn’t optional. Seeing that completely killed my appetite and made me question the entire store’s standards. If staff can’t follow fundamental hygiene rules in plain sight, what’s happening where customers can’t see? This location seriously needs retraining and oversight. Completely unacceptable.

I only waited for maybe 4 minutes, Which is great time.Most locations have you waiting for 10 minutes or more. Great job wendys. Best drive thru experience i have had in a long time.

We ordered chicken sandwich and the chicken itself was like a rubber piece it so nasty. I’ve been before multiple times but today was just bad, bad, all the way around. So may other choices to be had and we had to go here today. Bad call…. Don’t drive off without checking your food I guess…. But you shouldn’t have to taste it in the drive thru.
