She rang me up for a large nacho fry instead of what I asked for. I let her know that it didn't look right on the screen, but she ignored me and put the order through anyways. I pulled up to the window to pay and asked if she could ring me up for what I actually wanted, but she said that I should've corrected her earlier, did not refund me, and kept side-eying me when I walked inside to redo my order. I ended up paying even more for the item I actually wanted. She didn't even call me up to give me my order even though there was only one other customer in the store, but instead gestured me over with her chin and went back behind the counter like nothing happened. The place was also very unhygienic inside- will not be coming again. This place needs to rethink who they hire.

I saw one young lady mop the floor and after she finished mopping and didn't change gloves she still didn't offer any help

And when the lady finally did acknowledge me, she walks outside to where I was standing, And insisted that I use a self served kiosk and scroll through a bunch of menu items to try to figure out what I wanted for lunch. When I asked why we had to use this and if the other cash register was not working, she very rudely told me because "I'm not allowed to use it!" "You are supposed to use the kiosk to make your order, not me!"
