Once we got to the speaker, we wait a moment before a young woman comes on and says they are no longer taking orders because they are busy and short staffed. The way this drive-thru is set up, you are trapped inside the line. There is now a line of cars wrapped around the building. I've never been told I cannot order when a business is open because they are too busy. Waste of time. There were 7 of us, so they definitely lost money not serving us and however many behind us were also refused service.
