  Extremely the worst experience I ever had anywhere. Made a online order that was suppose to be ready at 7:27pm and I didn’t get my order until 7:56pm after complaining about being there so long without acknowledgment. When I got my order it was so poorly made that the GM said “oh my god let me remake that fast” but I was in a rush and still waited another 10 min. So I waited over 30 min while I see the drive through get there food at lightning speed! They prioritize drive through, but the worst part is when the store manager out loud said to me “he still complaining”. So I asked him well wouldn’t your after 50 min for fast food. I asked the GM for him to come and talk to him and he never can to apologize for the wait or anything. Then the GM stated that thr system was down they didn’t know how to fix it 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒 straight lied in my face like im a goofy! I needed to be compensated for my time! I will do another one of them every week until cooperate calls me back. Mason was terrible. Mason the store manager and Carmen the GM was nice enough to get to a point where she understood where I was. Coming through. Mason was clearly having a bad day! See you next week!

  Must have new employees. It’s literally beans on a tortilla over a crunchy taco but ya’ll can’t make it despite always doing it before lol. Edit** this is why I ask for double decker tacos, how am I’m supposed to eat this crumbled taco. Every other location, including this one has never said no to making it. Your job must be so hard

  Fast service. Fresh food. Too much add-on charges - cannot order chicken tacos wihout extra charge.

  we were missing like half of our order and had to come back around the drive through. Also they told us they didn’t take cash so we went to the atm and the second we came back they magically started taking cash. Don’t waste your time here and go to the one by walmart
