Well she needs some customer service training ASAP. I WOULDNT BUY A PICKLE FROM THIS LOCATION NOW.. DEAR OWNER YOU NEED TO REPACE HER.

Supposed to ppen at 9am but by 9:15am the doors stay closed even though the older lady sits in the register ignoring the customers trying to get it inside to order food. This employee is the main reason this location sells so little and has such bads reviews. NOT RECOMMENDED TO TRY TO BUY LUNCH HERE THEY WON'T EVEN ULOCK THE DOOR!!!

I still ordered on my app and she got upset. The green light in the photo shows the scanners on and working.
- JBJasmine BellOct 25, 20251.0I’m at Subway at 9:48 PM, and the store hours are clearly listed as 9 AM to 10 PM. However, the store is closed 13 minutes before the scheduled closing time. If someone wanted to enter the store at 9:50 PM, they should be able to do so, but the store is locked, and the open sign is still displayed. Despite the store being closed at 9:48 PM, as per the hours of operation, I’m quite confused. Logically, if someone wanted to enter, they shouldn’t be able to. It’s very frustrating. I don’t understand how you guys manage to stay open.
