I still ordered on my app and she got upset. The green light in the photo shows the scanners on and working.

If someone wanted to enter the store at 9:50 PM, they should be able to do so, but the store is locked, and the open sign is still displayed. Despite the store being closed at 9:48 PM, as per the hours of operation, I’m quite confused. Logically, if someone wanted to enter, they shouldn’t be able to. It’s very frustrating. I don’t understand how you guys manage to stay open.

Words from worker “No dogs allowed — orders from the owner. I don’t care if it’s a service animal, no pets. You won’t be served unless you leave the dog outside.” Serving person was incredibly rude
