This visit I opted for the steak salad and was a bit surprised that the green beans on it were salty. The rest of the salad was as expected and I enjoyed the dressing on the side. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I brought home leftovers. Our server was kind and gracious and didn’t blink an eye at us lingering enjoying our company. It was a very pleasant visit and a nice experience. Saltgrass is our go-to restaurant for family events. I recommend Saltgrass Lewisville for lovers of steak, good company and excellent service.

The food was good just not very warm. My biggest problem with the food is the price. If you're bill for one person is 28 bucks the least you can do is keep it all hot. The service always sucks that's why if I go with a friend they pay for my food since I have to put up with the service and my friends always say ( it wasn't like this last time you must just have bad luck.) No it's bad every time. Oh and it's a different mistake every time. This time the food was cold and the waitress didn't come out for refills on drinks. We complained and they cut our bill in half but that was just under 20 bucks. If it was the same salty grass I would understand it's not i have been to 3 different ones more than once. Lewisville, The Colony, and I think Plano. The Colony got it right once. Never again. It's so bad my mom tells me I complain too much. Lol
