No one called to ask if substitutions were okay or offered alternatives — they just cancelled it and left me stuck with no food for a large group. Great brand, but this location’s customer service is unacceptable. I’m sharing this so management can address staff training and communication. I won’t order from this location again until I’m confident they take large orders seriously.
