My order was originally placed for drive-thru pickup, but since no one was at the drive-thru station, I asked if I could pick it up inside instead. The employee again responded rudely, telling me to “go over there.” At the pickup zone, when I gave my name, the staff member handed me the bag by tossing it toward me, which felt very disrespectful. I understand that mornings can be busy and tiring for staff, but customers still deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience left me very disappointed and made me reconsider visiting this location again. I hope management will look into this matter and ensure that better customer service standards are maintained in the future. Thank you.
