Had to wait for 20 mins for the server, had to get up and search for one. Waited 45mins for some trash food. Waited extra 20 mins to pay nobody came, had to getup from table and search for someone. Avoid this place at any cost.

I cannot say enough good things about Ethan and the team at Main Event. I was just parked there when I got a flat tire and asked for help, and they went above and beyond in the most incredible way. Ethan and his team immediately stepped in, used their own tools, helped me put on my spare tire, and explained everything so clearly and patiently that it completely turned a stressful moment into a calm and reassuring experience. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care they showed, especially to someone who wasn’t even a customer at the time truly says everything about the type of people and business this is. I already liked Main Event, but after this, I will absolutely keep coming back and recommending it to everyone. Huge, heartfelt thank you to Ethan and the entire team, you made such a difference today and happy new year!

food was good, service was not. my friend first didn’t get the tickets she earned on two machines, and that took a while since she employee was questioning her. then, I had been looking forward to get this hello Kitty Bluetooth speaker along with other prizes, but APPARENTLY the ticket amount for them went up today. they didn’t want to honor what it said on the shelf, and her manager—something like Alexis—was just saying they will “get to it tomorrow morning” to her tomorrow. the other manager even asked me if “I really wanted” the keychain I wanted! the audacity. she told me I have to wait until the 2nd, which is ridiculous. do better!

Where do I begin ... we were there for a birthday party and it was a totally disorganized disaster from the start. 1. The lanes weren't reserved as planned. Nor were they ready on time. 2. We'd reserved a table to hang out while the kids played ... 3. The server staff was ALL OVER THE PLACE. Not assigned to sections. Not trained. Not equipped for their jobs. Not organized. Not attentive. Not accessible. 4. Now the food ... no one came to our table for about half an hour after we sat down, so I went to find someone. Anyone. Found what appeared to be a supervisor, I think? She sent someone over a while later, and we ordered 2 soft drinks, a plain chocolate milkshake and funnel cake fries. We repeated the order 5 times as he wrote it down. About 35 minutes later, no drinks or anything had been delivered, so I ventured out again to see what was going on. He didn't put our order in. So we ordered again. And he put it in this time ... and soft drinks appeared, but no milkshake. Then, a 2nd round of soft drinks appeared by two employees that looked extremely confused about what they were doing and why they were doing it. Then, a brownie Oreo milkshake catastrophe appeared, looking like it was freshly made by an army of toddlers let loose in the kitchen. The glass was disgusting, and it wasn't what I ordered. And, even if I did want to consume whatever that disaster was, I couldn't, because there was literally no silverware available anywhere to be seen. Maybe down the road at a restaurant? Should we have brought our own? Only hindsight would've benefitted us that knowledge. Still no food, so I went to find someone, anyone, to help, again. The lady I found was the manager, I think, and said she'd make the milkshake herself, and they were completely out of funnel cake fries but no one knew that some 1.5 hours prior when we first ordered them. So, the manager lady offered donut holes ... sure, why the heck not? Let's give that a go. The donut holes came, my chocolate milkshake came ... and this is where it really takes a turn. The chocolate milkshake tasted like ... you know if you made skim milk into a powder, mixed it with water and a bit of chocolate? It tasted like that. Now the donut holes ... we ate a couple and THE DONUT HOLES TASTED LIKE CHICKEN FINGERS. We laughed and laughed so we didn't cry and get red faced mad like the guy across the way was but please enlighten me, why would they be fried in the same grease pit?!!????????????? The couple at the table next to us ordered chips and queso, and some other items but I can only attest to the chips ... which was a sad pile of crumbs, soiled with ranch dressing, next to a large bowl of queso they didn't have the chips to eat it with. And the couple received 6 drinks in total, while they ordered one each. It's not like this is a cheap place to visit. It's expensive. And they have a SALES OFFICE. What are they selling, one might ask? Because if they're selling the experience we had, they need to be paying people to walk through those doors instead. In short, don't bother yourself with this place.
