  Ana and Flores has the WORST customer service skills/attitudes I have seen in a long time. I do recommend training for the both of them.

  We had a bad experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels and wanted to make management aware. The employee told us that a blueberry bagel counts as a “specialty bagel,” which doesn’t make sense and felt like a made-up rule regarding the coupon we were trying to use. To make matters worse, the blueberry bagel was the only bagel in the case that actually looked fresh — the rest looked burnt. On top of that, the customer service was very poor. The employee ringing us up didn’t seem to know how to apply the coupon correctly, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. We hope management looks into this and improves both the service and the quality of the bagels.

  Regarding the lady working drive through today the 27th around 12pm. Rudest and worst service at a drive through in my life. Rushed us through our order, kept asking “what else” in a condescending tone, overall worst attitude I’ve seen at a drive through. Also didn’t get the order correct, she was too busy interrupting me and asking what else that if she stopped to take the order she would have heard it correctly.

  A bagel should not take 15 minutes to get. Don’t ask me for a TIP if you can’t get a bagel out promptly. TIP= To insure Prompt service!!!!
