At other locations, they never make it the way you ask, but here I got exactly what I wanted. On top of that, the service from the staff was excellent — always with a smile.

- RSRick SDec 26, 20251.0Dominoes charged me for red crushed pepper and parmesan (see attached receipt). When I arrived home with my order there were no packets. I drove back and asked about the missing packets, but the employees didn't care. They said it's my responsibility to check the receipt. I asked for a free desert for the inconvenience of having to drive back, but they refused. The pizzas are much smaller than they used to be. Dominoes sucks now. It's impersonal, and they want you to just take your order from a box and go. They don't want to deal with you anymore. The customer is now an inconvenience. No accountability from the workers.
