The rice was undercooked, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, she responded with, “that’s how brown rice is.” I visit chipotle often and I know exactly how it should taste, so that response wasnt needed. When I requested a refund and asked them to check the rice, she rolled her eyes. They weren’t even willing to verify the issue, let alone provide good food or service. Very disappointing.

Like where have they been?! She even draws smiley faces on your burrito. So cute! Thank you for a great experience.

The lady (not the older latina but the other one today) slammed the lettuce on the glass so hard, any harder and the glass would’ve shattered. To the manager of this chipotle show your line people some manners. Ans to think i tipped on the app. Never agin.
