The manager’s attitude was especially unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, she simply asked if she should “remake a fresh one,” with no sense of responsibility or concern. This experience raises serious questions about food handling, training, and customer service at this location. I hope upper management reviews this incident and ensures proper standards are followed, especially regarding cross-contamination and customer communication.
