An elderly couple had ordered before we did and we only got our food first because we were right at the front waiting for our food. I suggested they did the same. We were out in lunch break and had to eat our food in 10 minutes because of the delay. We ate and the elderly couple still didn’t have there food. Who I thought was the manager at the time was just looking at the caos of the staff and talking away at a table, rather than helping out his staff. I’m a business owner my self so it doesn’t make sense how he could just sit back and watch everything unfold being in his position. I HIGHLY suggest to go through the drive thru during lunch.

Got the 4pc, because wanted to make a chicken/mash potato/biscuit sandwhich. . the menu picture shows a cup of mash potatos(i think). When given the side options, no mention of mash potatos. (Ok, whatever) fries then. Asked for some bbq and jalapeno ranch sauce. Again excited to try all this. Pay for it, get home. No sauce :(. Soooooo disappointed. Mind you, i was the only car there, so not sure why they couldn't focus on my order. That just seems like fast food now-a-days. . . aint a real order unless something is wrong or missing. Chicken was good tho. Guess its back to to the 'ol chick-fil-a . . .. - this is my first food review ever. Had plenty of poor restaurant experiences. So may seem like im over reacting. This one got me especially good though, like i said 'i was sooo hungry' so the disappointment was like multiplied

I've had a couple of issues with missing sides/sauces but it's not enough to remove a star. They may just need to consider adding an extra quality control step if that's a trend in the drive-thru. trend.
