She walked off without giving me a drink cup or receipt. She also was making food without gloves while other employee was. My family and I go here on occasion and this is first time I had to deal with rude customer service. There was spills on the floor and inside was super dirty. Please hire new staff. This lady is going to make you go out of business. I noticed several reviews on here complaining about same employee. I submitted complaint to Arby's corporate.
