  Everytime I come through the drive-thru Mykhai helps me and he’s always so pleasant! Very nice and welcoming me with a smile. This is why I try to come every week. This is what customer service looks like.

  Ana is absolutely amazing! Every time I come into Einstein Bagel Bros, she greets customers with a genuine smile and such positive energy. She’s incredibly efficient, attentive, and knows my exact every morning. You can tell she truly cares about providing great service and making people’s day a little better. Employees like Ana are the reason I keep coming back daily. Highly recommend—give her a raise!

  I just went through the drive thru and Mykhai was extremely helpful. He had a great attitude, was quick, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Customer service like that really stands out — definitely appreciated.

  I come here pretty often and it's always a great experience. The people are always kind and patient, even when I'm trving to make decisions, The food is always good, the drinks are nice and refreshing, and it's a nostalgic place for me. I had a great conversation with one of the emplovees, Mykhai, when I went recently, they were so funny and were so easy to talk to, even for a person who struggles with social anxiety like myself. Not to mention, the music taste in the store is impeccable
