He was rude, dismissive and kept inserting himself into interactions to admonish his teammates. His attitude was off putting and disrespectful to the guests and his team. This is the second time I’m seeing this involving the same tall Caucasian man. If I see it again I will be escalating this to corporate because that behavior is disturbing and disgusting.

Idk if you've changed your policy on protein portions as well because I hardly have any steak. If you're trying to compensate for inflation, then raise your prices and quit being so cheap! This is the 4th time ive ran into this issue. Please train your staff or get rid of your management team!
