- CBCheyanne Beaver5 days ago5.0Huge shout out to Chic Fil A in Lewisville, the manager David, and the staff! We had three Boy Scout troops that were delivering mulch for their fundraiser. We reached out to Chic Fil A for a donation for lunch. They showed up and provided! Our Scouts were over the moon for their generous donation of yummy chicken sandwiches while they were delivering their Mulch and working hard. Thank you so so much!!!
- LGLaila GreenMar 30, 20261.0Came through the drive through they gave me 8 nuggets instead of 12, so I called this location and they took my name and told me to come back anytime for a free 12ct nugget. I come back for it and the lady working the drive-thru puts my order in. they forgot abt my order and I was waiting in the drive-thru for 25+ min. After finally receiving my order I was accused of coming through the drive thru twice when in reality i sat right in front of their faces while they served other cars.i basically had to argue with her in order for her to hand over the food that was in her hand. Very rude and unprofessional. I felt racially profiled for not only being accused but her being persistent on the fact that I was lying.

I ordered jalapeño ranch spicy chicken sandwich clearly mentioned multiple times that I do not eat bacon and requested my order without it. Despite repeating this several times, I still received my sandwich with bacon. Additionally, the staff member taking my order was rude and not attentive, which made the experience even worse. As someone who has never eaten bacon, this was very upsetting. I expect better attention to customer requests, especially dietary restrictions.

Stood at the counter for a couple minutes while everyone around me got refills and assisted. No one acknowledged me or took my order. I boycotted Chick-fil-A a long time ago and wanted to give it a chance, but here we are. So the boycott continues.
