- JMJanet MooreApr 3, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here and, more importantly, how it was handled afterward. During my visit on April 2, my order was incorrect. I did not receive the sauce that is supposed to come with the meal even after requesting it, and my fries were cold and the portion was noticeably small. While mistakes can happen, what mattered most was the response I received when I reached out. Instead of simply addressing the issue, management brought up my past visits and previous refunds in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. Each visit should stand on its own, and this was a valid complaint about poor food quality and an incomplete order. Being made to feel like my concern was not legitimate because of prior transactions was frustrating and unacceptable. Although a refund was eventually issued, I was also told that they would not entertain any future requests for refunds, replacements, or store credit. That kind of response does not reflect good customer service or accountability. Because of this experience and how it was handled, I will not be returning. I expect better treatment and professionalism as a customer.
