  I had a very concerning experience with this establishment. On multiple occasions, customers were clearly intoxicated to the point of falling asleep at the bar with drinks still in front of them, and staff did nothing to address the situation. It created an uncomfortable and unsafe environment that felt extremely irresponsible for a business serving alcohol. Beyond that, the overall atmosphere among the staff was hostile and toxic. The work environment appeared tense, and it was obvious there were issues with how employees treat one another. From what I witnessed and heard, there seems to be a culture of retaliation rather than professionalism when problems are raised. A place that serves the public should prioritize safety, accountability, and respect among both staff and customers. Unfortunately, this establishment seemed to lack all three. I would not recommend supporting a business that allows these kinds of conditions to continue.

  So far, this is the only location that I’ve been to and so far I will say I like it, especially because they always take my word and make my wings crispy, which it always makes my day. The only thing I don’t like is that they are never paying attention to who comes in and out they should start hiring people that are aware of their surroundings because every time I get there and there’s no one around I have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes until someone can actually notice me, sometimes I even have to sit myself and almost like I have to make my own drink in my own food, plus the very first time that I ever picked up my food. The two ladies who were at the counter they were so lazy and so ignorant about wanting to do the job one more time if you just do it for the money, but you don’t want to socialize and actually give the respect that needs to be given and the energy as well. This is not the right job for you. It’s not about just being at the bar all day chatting with your friends. Do better.
