  Tried Bojangles for the first time today cause I heard a lot about it. So it's just like any other fast food place. Except it isn't. Idk what they put in this food, maybe I was hungry, I'm not too sure. But holy crap it was So. Fricking. Good. I usually don't like biscuits cause they're so dry but the biscuits here just work. They're so moist, they almost melt in your mouth. The chicken tastes just as good if not better than Chick-fil-A. Service was okay but there was a lot of people so I get it. And I can see why, you know. Cause the food is just that good. Seriously, give it a try. You can get breakfast anytime of the day as well so you'll never miss out.

  I am absolutely disappointed with this place, went for breakfast and got a biscuit and gravy. No flavor at all and it had 1/2 a sausage thrown in it, also got the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. It had shredded cheese when on the menu clearly shows a slice but the egg was runny and the hashbrowns tasted like old grease. I was do hoping this place was amazing but we wont be going back again.

  Food was fresh and hot... The drive through workers are always on point... I've seen that they had breakfast and I asked the young lady what kind of breakfast... she went through the menu being well knowledgeable and filled with patience... Keep up the hard work guys... and you'll always have business with me...

  Great chicken and biscuits. I arrived right between breakfast time and lunch time so waited about 20 minutes for food. They apologized when brought food and gave me an extra chicken finger, Bojangles sauce and free blueberry roll. Very pleased with service.

  I was pre-ordering my breakfast on the app l and noticed I didn't have a payment method saved so I went to enter my payment method and accidentally submitted my order for pickup ASAP - way too early for when I planned on being there. It was ready for pickup at 6:14 and I didn't get there till 6:47 AM. This was my first time trying Bojangles (my first order). I went through the drive-thru and I was greeted so pleasantly by Bri (Bre?). She had a great attitude, so positive and cheerful. She asked if I needed anything else, asked for some ketchup and I told her that I accidentally submitted my order way too early and that's why I was over 30 minutes late picking it up and I got stuck in traffic. Bri suggested that I could have called the restaurant and she would have gladly helped me in my situation. The food was still warm (she was concerned) but I told her I would heat up when I got to work. Bri was so caring, friendly, genuine and so customer focused. Her smile was warm and welcoming which I appreciated. Bri was awesome, food was delicious, will definitely be back especially for the service.
