They ordered, I pulled up and was asked to wait. 5 minutes later I gave them my code and was told to pull forward. Was given my drinks and told to pull around to the mobile order spot and that my food would be right out. 10 minutes later I got my food. Congratulations Wendy's, you've dethroned Sonic as slowest fast food in Levelland...
- JBjames brownSep 14, 20251.0i went to get a chicken sandwich meal and baconator fries earlier and when i was at the window the lady was just rushing me to order and there was NOBODY behind me. Not only that, but they made me pull forward for about 10 minutes for chicken and the chicken was just about awful, they also forgot the baconator fries so i had to go back in to get them and when i got them all i received was a “bye” in a rude manner from the lady. Terrible service and food and will not be returning.

It was very dry like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, but I’ve been there about five times so far and I’ve only had one bad experience hopefully I won’t have anymore. I don’t like dry food, and that hamburger was dry enough to gag a maggot.
