- JBjames brownSep 14, 20251.0i went to get a chicken sandwich meal and baconator fries earlier and when i was at the window the lady was just rushing me to order and there was NOBODY behind me. Not only that, but they made me pull forward for about 10 minutes for chicken and the chicken was just about awful, they also forgot the baconator fries so i had to go back in to get them and when i got them all i received was a “bye” in a rude manner from the lady. Terrible service and food and will not be returning.

It was very dry like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, but I’ve been there about five times so far and I’ve only had one bad experience hopefully I won’t have anymore. I don’t like dry food, and that hamburger was dry enough to gag a maggot.

It was 11:45 when they shut the lights off on us and when I asked how come I couldn't order if it was 11:45 and they they close at 12:00 the young lady got an attitude and did not respond. I had already waited in the Drive-Thru pulled out of the drive-thru parked in a spot, seen one of the employees taking the trash out and then asked her. So first pull in time was probably around 11:35 to 11:38. When Google said 1am and the employee taking out the trash at midnight.
