I ordered a bacon biscuit and specifically paid for extra bacon because I expect to receive what I paid for. Not only was my biscuit completely cold, but it only had about four small slices of bacon on it — which definitely did not look like “extra” to me. When you’re charging customers more for add-ons, you should actually put the correct amount on the sandwich. It’s frustrating to spend your money and not receive what you ordered. On top of that, the food being cold just makes it worse. A bacon biscuit should be hot and fresh, especially during breakfast hours. The customer service also made the experience more disappointing. Instead of being understanding or apologetic, the managers and GM came off as rude and dismissive when the issue was brought up. There was no real effort to fix the situation or make it right. Customers deserve hot food, accurate orders, and respectful service — especially when they’re paying extra. I simply want what I paid for. Very frustrating experience, and I hope this location improves both their food quality and customer service.
