  I usually love DQ. Tonight, everyone at the Levelland Dairy Queen was getting frustrated. (12/03/25 @ 19:00) The black lady working the window is awesome!! She was working hard. The front staff was struggling. One kid behind the counter tried as hard as he could to get out of doing anything productive. He was just in the way. We were given someone else's order, then they tried to give it to someone else after we had touched the food. There was zero attention to details. About half the staff were working to compensate for the incompetence of the rest of the staff. We were there over an hour for a quick bite. Not the best experience! Should have gone to Taco Villa, for sure!

  Jordan and Chris are great , i came in and ordered a meal . I spilled a big tea all over the floor and they came out and helped and didn't get upset . The food was great Jordan was great at the cashier desk , smiling and joyful

  Horrible experience at drive thru took them 40 mins to get our order out! This is ridiculous, a drive thru is supposed to be fast paced! SMH DAIRY QUEEN DO BETTER! It wasnt even busy, we seen everyone standing around. 😡

  They have the time in the receipts wrong so you can’t really tell when you ordered and how long you waited. We’ve been here for about 30 minutes and haven’t gotten our food. Don’t get me wrong it is packed and the drive through line is long as always but this could be fixed if there wasn’t FIVE ppl just standing around the ice cream machine…… this place literally sucks cheeks and should be closed. Literally any other company can use this lot and do better business. DQ makes me haaaate fast food. AND THEN this place got remodeled?!?!! For what if the service is at stone age speed?????

  Had to wait for my food my entire lunch hour I will not be eating there again this is the second time it has happened.
