  Music was still a bit loud, definitely had to talk a bit louder. Service was much quicker, though Sunday is a bit slower. Large blondie with cookie butter and extra shot was on point, actually tasted like coffee this time. Pleasant interactions will all, running much smoother, professional with a hint of having fun enviro that 7Brew is known for. Two leads working seem to make a difference.

  I’ve been here twice so far—once around 9 AM and once around 9 PM. The coffee is good and the staff has been friendly both times. My first visit, I ordered a large iced sugar-free blondie with oatmilk and no ice (I planned to add my own later). I had to repeat my order several times to two or three different employees, and with the music being pretty loud, the whole process ended up feeling a little frustrating. Since I asked for no ice, I expected the cup to be around half to two-thirds full, but it was completely full. I don’t mind extra product, but that usually means the drink was made differently than the standard recipe, and I could definitely taste the difference. My second visit, I ordered the exact same drink, this time with ice. I tried to be as clear as possible by specifying sugar-free vanilla syrup, sugar-free caramel sauce, and asking for the cup to be lined with the sugar-free caramel sauce. That didn’t help much either. They started making it lined with chocolate sauce for some reason, then switched to regular caramel, so I had to clarify again. I ended up repeating the order multiple times to multiple employees just like the first time. It really seems like any customization throws the team off, even when the options are listed in their menu. All the back-and-forth made me unsure whether my drink was actually made to match my dietary needs. I know this location is brand new, so I’m hoping this comes across as constructive feedback. I’ll definitely give it some time and try again—I’ll update my review after a few more visits! 😁
