  I walked into this location tonight at 8:00 PM on the dot. There were many employees working and as soon as I opened the door, every single one of them greeted me. That was very nice to hear and see. That’s all.

  Been going to this store for over a year now every Friday Night. I've been trying to catch the GM for the last month now and the Manager knew I wanted to talk to her and wouldn't tell her I was wanting to talk to her while they was right in front of me!!! So I'm now done with this store!! I'll be stopping at 1 of the stores in Lubbock for my Friday Night Pizza for now on!!

  You call the store to inquire if the online order app is not functional and you get a very rude manager whom states they won't honor the $9.99 speciality pizza price in store however when attempting to place online ordering their states that "both credit card and cash are invalid payment methods". The the so called manager tells me that not all locations are no longer required to accept the corp offered Promotions as a franchisee has the right to not be involved. As a Franchisee you are forced to offer Corp promotions. They staff better learn about Franchisee Requirements before they get sued for fraud!!!

  Service has been terrible for the past few vist that span over a couple of months. From rude staff to sitting for over 30 minutes waiting to place our drink order and given dirty plates.
