  Though the Atmosphere and service at the levelland location is better than some small-town eateries it lacks the genuine feel you remember DQ being known for. The food is as expected and they get the order right more than most but still mehhh in my opinion.

  I usually love DQ. Tonight, everyone at the Levelland Dairy Queen was getting frustrated. (12/03/25 @ 19:00) The black lady working the window is awesome!! She was working hard. The front staff was struggling. One kid behind the counter tried as hard as he could to get out of doing anything productive. He was just in the way. We were given someone else's order, then they tried to give it to someone else after we had touched the food. There was zero attention to details. About half the staff were working to compensate for the incompetence of the rest of the staff. We were there over an hour for a quick bite. Not the best experience! Should have gone to Taco Villa, for sure!
