  I order a crispy chicken salad and it was so good, there ranch dressing not so good but I'll order it again

  Wasn't here for ice cream but that ice cream machine went out and the whole store tried to get that to work instead of working on getting the food out , waited over 30 minutes for my order , asked for BBQ Sauce and they charged me even though I waited over 30 minutes for me and my daughters food , manager on duty was rude and had no leadership skills of any kind , had 3 people at the register on one order instead of cooking

  Carlos took our order through the drive-thru. And let me tell you something about Carlos. An absolute powerhouse, great tone, great energy, patient, helpful. Answered questions as I tried to order for all 4 individuals in our car. Carlos was great, food was good. Will be back. You go Carlos, p.s. Carlos was also training someone as well, setting a great example

  This is one of my favorite DQ locations. They have great ole country music. It makes the atmosphere pleasant and the people are calm from that. It's like being at Gruene Texas expecting Elvis or Willie Nelson. I stay a tad more but not too long enjoying reading or phone like I'm at a candlelight and book diner. 😁 I almost crash from it being so pleasant and I feel I can sit anywhere and feel at home and in cleanliness. So I eat there enjoying everybody and DQ. I enjoy the people, we all seem to enjoy each other. It's cause of the peaceful music and laid back employees. Nowadays you don't get enough of that. I recall going to a fast food restaurant and nothing against rap nor disrespect , I like it sometimes but they had some aggressive rap music on and the place had people getting crazy and aggressive. It didn't feel cozy. It's not so cold at DQ nor are the fans on your body and face so you're not freezing nor is your food getting cold. It's hard to enjoy food when freezing or fans blowing on you and your food.! Their food is great. It be nice to have a more solid bun where it's not mushy and the burger comes apart but everything else is great. Their burgers taste almost homemade and easy to eat not like burgers that have hardly any trimmings and are soggy. The workers are always nice. I see some look tired and frustrated but the overload of people eating there is stressful since they're popular but they seem patient. Even if all humans aren't perfect but they're great even if looking like they're over it sometimes. poor things work hard and need to be appreciated. . . So kudos to them and reward them with additional things. Keep up the good work and thank you DQ overall service, misc and corporation. God bless you for you do. ♥️🥰♥️

  Honestly very disappointed in this location. I ordered ONLINE and it gave me a ready time of 8:16. And I get there not even a few minutes later around 8:22 and my order wasnt complete. I even had one of the employees ask me if I was even at the right location. Almost another 5 minutes later im still waiting. Then this other employee came out holding my blizzards A.with no lids and B no holder when it was an online order pickup. He drops one of my lids, and I just so happen to see hes handling my items with no gloves and he has a smudge of red on his hand that looked like a cut. I complained to the manager about how hes handling orders with no gloves and I complained about the wait when I put in an online order for a reason. It took another couple minutes for another employee to come out with gloves thank god with my fresh order.
