  I’ve been ordering a party platter (5 sandwiches cut into pieces) here for the past 3 years for one of my monthly meetings I have. I’ve always called about an hour in advance and they had it ready when I got there. The last few times I’ve tried to call the phones have been down, so I go in about an hour or two before needing it and they always had it ready. Went today and got completely shut down and was told it had to be 24 hours in advance, first time I was told that in the 3 years of remodeling the same thing every month. The staff used to always be super nice and helpful but not anymore.

  Hands down this is the best Subway I have ever seen. They are fast friendly CLEAN and accurate with the food. This store should serve as the model for all other Subways. They will give Chick-fil-a a run for their money. Wake up Sonic.

  Chloe gave the best service I felt very empowering walking out of the store, she definitely needs a raise. This is the cleanest subway I’ve seen in a while. Veggies were all ripe, amazing customer service

  i swear everytime i order from this location its always sandwich that’s wrong. my daughter and husband’s ? correct every time but my SIMPLE ham and turkey with lettuce and tomato ? every time something is wrong or they add a sauce that wasn’t asked for. i know how i want my sandwich i don’t need yall making the decision to change it for me. the kemah or dickinson location would never.

  I'm not sure why there's such a low rating here. In the League City area this is probably the ONLY subway that actually gets my sandwich right and has very chill and friendly staff! Even if there is a small issue it's fixed immediately and on one occasion they were out of a bread I ordered and they called me to ask what I would like instead of just picking for me. Other two subways in League City has messed up my order twice (near Middle and High school) and on the location on other end of 96 I met the rudest lady I have seen behind a counter in my life. Keep it up y'all!
