  Yesterday I went into this establishment to eat. I was rung up by a young girl named Turquinn, I do believe. This young girl seemed to be doing her best but did appear to be having a rough day. I can only imagine it had to due with the rude lady she had to deal with. There was a lady there with whom may have been her husband. This lady was very rude and treated this young cashier very disrespectfully. She wasn’t wanting to listen to what the girl was trying to tell her or anything. The cashier was very kind and helpful and the food was great. The place could use some updated training but that falls on the management. I have overheard the female manager being shall we say out of line over how she treats and talks to her workers. I really feel the way an establishment runs starts with who runs it. If she feels she needs to belittle her workers for any reason then maybe she should do their job and deal with rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, and overwhelming customers. I run my own business as well, and I’m here to tell you that female owner is doing it all wrong when it comes to the workers and training. So my advice treat your staff better and step up as a boss!!! Lastly it should really be posted somewhere that people who show up to work deserve to be treated with kindness, at the end of the day they maybe young but they’re at least trying! To the young girl if you see this not all people will treat you that way keep your head up, you’re doing a fantastic job!!! Management if you see this treat people with kindness, patience, and understanding! Employees are people after all. If you feel something isn’t being done correctly then train your staff accordingly, the outcome is on you not them! I only gave 2 stars due to the rude customer and how I feel about management and the way she not just runs the establishment but talks to and treats her staff. The staff was great.

  The food was not good to me. The orders all got messed up and I was in a party of 4. I wouldn't return by choice

  I decided to give this place a try again after a year because they always got my order wrong. Well not much has changed. My burger was made incorrect, they forgot my fries, and forgot the ranch for my pickles. My soda had no flavor because apparently it was out of syrup. Everytime I try this place something has always been wrong. So much for giving them another try.

  I REALLY enjoy their cheese steak sandwich and their fries!! And I love the fact that you can get chili fries and chili tots! Plus, everyone that I've met that works there is really nice and sure their jobs really well. They're is Jared, Kai, and, I apologize if I spell this wrong, Rilyn? She was very sweet and very helpful and they all got our order perfectly correct! Love it!

  Went here one evening craving a good burger and fries. Got my order food wasn't bad. The wait was way too long food was definitely not worth the $18 I spent. Got home with my food got about halfway through my fries and there was a hair, a long dark hair. It was too late to go back so I went back the following day and showed them the pictures and the food (I kept it so they could see for themselves.) They said there was nothing they could do and apologized and that was it. I've been reading these reviews and the company responses, they aren't doing anything to appease their unsatisfied customers and that's terrible. I'll never go back to another wayback burger. Sorry not sorry
