  My daughter and I were there on 03/31 for K-pop Demon Hunters release and Thomas was hustling. He was very apologetic for the wait - we all knew it would happen with this release. He was super friendly and top notch. We order from this location weekly and we love it. All staff are always friendly and hard working.

  The worst experience of my life. They are very slow; plus, even if you ask for the new toys in the Happy Meal, they give you the old ones—and they refuse to hand out the new ones until the previous stock runs out.

  This is a TRAVESTY. You walk into a cold bare tan interior with no signs no menu no nothing except one ketchup pump. No service just kiosks... So I just decided to try it and it was such a hassle I walked back out hungry. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MCDONALD'S? This is no longer a family-friendly or anyone friendly place. It is no place to be... McDonald's has sold us out for I don't know what. It is the most inconvenient un-customer-friendly thing I've ever seen at what's called a restaurant or fast food. No customer service at all No drink station No salt and pepper Nothing on the walls Just a great big nothing box.

  Man this place is wild. I don’t know why I come back. It’s a minute from my house but I have to stop. Treat my kids to happy meal today and one car in front of me. Other than that line empty. Two kids happy meals and my kids and I were betting if they would make us pull to a to go spot. Sure enough get to the window and the kid says “sorry, we’re still working on your order.” We could only laugh. The fact that we can bet on waiting more than 15 minutes every time is a joke. Not sure who’s running this joint but management needs to read their reviews.

  I come to the location 2-3 times a month on my lunch and I'm normally left alone, which is what I prefer so I can decompress. Today their head manger, or owner, was in and 4 times I had staff come up to me after I made it clear I was good. They're wasting time checking up and annoying guests instead of placing orders. This is a McDonalds, not a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. If you have to change how you act because of upper management them thats high suspicious.
