  I love HEB. I have always had a good experience at this location. My only complaint is the parking lot is absolutely insane. I am not sure who thought of putting a “Landscape Center” in the middle of the parking lot but that thing needs to GO! Or move it well out of the way! That is absolute nonsense right in the middle of the parking lot, the amount of shoppers has not changed, so everyone is just jamming up the parking lot, driving around and around trying to find a spot. Sometimes, takes 10+ minutes to park up close when you have to wait for others to leave on busy days. This HEB might need an outdoor remodel to accomplish this but that Landscape Center thing needs to be moved. Take the big tree and put them over by curbside pick up or reorganize the Outdoors area to accommodate… something!

  Leander HEB Plus is my favorite. Great selection of food and products! I do have a few issues but nothing that would bring my 4 stars to anything lower at least at this point and would be 5 stars if you could bring back sanitary wipes. I would request that you bring back the sanitary wipes at the front to wipe cart handle and basket down for various sanitary purposes. You have the hand sanitizer and I usually squirt that on my hand and go to one of the registers and ask for a paper towel to wipe down the cart. Thank you

  Had two bad experiences today at this location; the first was with the business center so we left to cash our check that they "couldn't", and the second was trying to use a coupon. The second one almost left me in tears. Rather than try to figure out what was wrong, the mod gave me attitude and didn't seem to want to help. There was a line forming so I didn't really want to make a big deal out of it and left since I had enough funds. But who wouldn't want to save a little money in this economy, right? Sometimes I barely have enough for my purchase or have to put a few things back. I'm pretty positive I know what the hold up was about, however, the mod seemed set in her reasoning and I just wanted to get out of there. Really disappointed in this HEB today. I live less than a 3 minute drive away, but may have to start going out of my way to shop at the Ronald Reagan location. I do want to add that I had a more than amazing experience here with a night shift mod a few nights ago and didn't want to leave this review without at least adding something good. Maybe today's mod could take a few notes.

  1st time shopping at this HEB in a while now that I'm back in Leander and the manager Jared was just rude and unprofessional in curbside. I had damaged/melted items and 2 missing items from my order Sunday. They told me they would reshop to be ready for Monday, we'll I am 5 months pregnant and woke up sick yesterday so I called to ask if my reshop could be pick up Today(03/24/26) I was told yes. I called AGAIN today at 5:35PM to confirm the pick up this evening. My husband went to go pick up and Jared told him the order was already picked up. So I called up there to see who picked up and then it was change to the order was closed. I have a kids party this weekend, I really just wanted my items that were damaged/missing(warm Salmon which should've been cold,2 boxes of melted ice cream, a dozen eggs and a bag of lollipop dumdums) I never had issues at my old HEB location(19348 Ronald W. Reagan Blvd. Leander, TX 78641) so I'll take that extra drive to have better customer services. Jared needs to be retrained as a "manager". 🙄😒 This location has really gone to 💩!

  It was a horrible experience at this store… trying to checkout and of course there a blip at the checkout and the person who comes to help is neither helpful or kind… where are the people skills when helping a customer? Didn’t bother to ask if we were doing 2 transactions my daughter was one and i was another. Person just assumed we were checking all the items at the 10 item area and she suggested we go to another checkout without asking us embarrassing us in front of all the people there. Then my daughter got upset and started putting our groceries in the basket and leaving the bags there and this lady says you are being a little aggressive maybe another store would better suit you. Is this the kind of customer service you condone with people who shop with you week after week and spend their hard earned money with your company? I for one will never go to that store again and I just moved to Leander 5 months ago. Do better HEB with training feont end people whi reflect your company.
