  This location is very convenient to our location and the food quality is always great. I have never had an issue with the food or their service. Every time I come in, it’s so nice to see Ms. Sussy. She is always so pleasant to order with and is always in a sweet mood. 😊

  En Wingstop tuve una muy buena experiencia. La comida estuvo deliciosa, todo fresco y bien preparado. La atención de Susy fue excelente, muy amable, atenta y siempre con buena actitud. Nos explicó todo con paciencia y estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería otra vez.

  We ordered wings for the Superbowl four hours before going to pick them up. I tried to pick up my order twice, at the scheduled time and an hour later. Both times the cashier didn't know if my order was ready and after searching all the pickup orders said to come back in an hour. I requested a refund and was told I'd get an email stating I would get a refund and it would take 7-10 days for them to pay me back. I didn't get either. The first time we ordered from here they messed up our order pretty bad but I decided to give them another chance and boy do I regret it. Very bad experience and they technically robbed us.

  Horrible horrid experience on Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered wings was told they would be ready at 615, got there at 615 told they were 50 minutes behind, waited in store, watched chaos. at 710ish go up to counter to see if my order was almost done, get old it would be at least another 40 minutes. Meanwhile I watched customers who acted crazy or knew the employees by name get their food even when they said they just placed the order or were told it would be ready after my order said it would be. Throughout it all no one thought to fix the order times online, to stop taking new orders, or to start calling new orders and notifying them of the issues. Went to complain on Wingstop website and the location is conveniently not listed any longer. No apology, refund is still pending, and the staff looked completely defeated............

  Do not order food from here. Placed an order at 4:40pm with a pick up time 6:15pm which is what it prompted. Came to pick up my order and was told they are an hour behind and to come back. Came back at 7:15pm was told it was not ready still. A crowd of people waiting for their order in the lobby. The entire crowd was pissed off. Some people waiting for their order that was supposed to be ready at 5:30pm. DoorDash orders were not even processed yet, making drivers show up ready to pick up food and then canceling the order due to the wait time. Employees were rude to customers that have been there twice to pick up their order and were still told another hour wait time. After waiting over two hours for an order, we demanded a refund with a whole other line of people as well. As a business if you are running an hour behind order pick up times then stop receiving new orders because then it’s just a domino effect for everybody else. Do not place an order here if you want to receive your food on time. Will not be eating at wing stop again.
