The doors were locked, so I went through the drive-thru to be told they were not serving food anymore. Mind you, I'm 8 months pregnant and had been craving them all day, so I asked the woman why she didn't answer, just left from the mic. Then about 3 minutes later, a man came on. I asked him why they'd closed. He said he's not sure the manager just had them close early. I asked for the manager's name. He said he didn't know it and that nobody in the back knew the manager's name. Terrible customer service. The first woman was very rude and if they were going to close early, they need to change their closing time. I wasted $30 on an Uber for no reason.

Some big black truck cut me in the drive-through and the Wendy’s workers saved his food for him so he could then proceed to chase me through the Home Depot parking lot and also the Whataburger drive-through.
