  Customer service here is absolutely horrible. Rude, dismissive, and unwilling to be patient with customers. I understand that food service, especially fast food can be grueling. It sucks, it's high stress, I work in this industry myself but the passive-aggressiveness here is pretty astonishing. Me and my girlfriend have gone here on multiple occasions, as it's close to our place. Each time, we are always patient, even if the food takes long. It's taco bell, it gets busy and is obviously pressuring considering how many orders they get even late night. Every time we come in for an online order via drive-thru, drive thru employees are always passive-aggressive and rude no matter what. There was an issue back in January of this year where our online order didn't genuinely process, and the employee is almost yelling at us as we are struggling to see what is going wrong. No help, no patience. Just getting angrier as we attempt to troubleshoot a problem we did not understand ourselves. It's a repeat problem that employees are often very awful. Which again my heart goes out because it's a hell of an industry but it's not justified to be as cruel as they have been the dozens of times I've went either by myself or with a friend. 3/4/25 at 12AM was truly a final straw. I did a doordash order, got through to the drive through, explained I was here for a doordash order. I was trying to pull up the customers full name, in which the employee keeps repeatedly saying the name of the "only doordash order they had" ??? Almost getting hostile. When we finally got up to grab the order, it was handed to us carelessly and as we attempted to say "have a good night" we got the window closed aggressively on us. I'd rather go further and stop at the taco bell on 183 than ever have to deal with that again. There's no reason for this behavior especially so unwarranted. If you want unwarranted hostility and lack of patience; this would be the place for you.

  I got food from here yesterday, and ended up getting food poisoning. I was throwing up all night and didn’t get any sleep. Genuinely worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to

  Always fast and consistent. The food is a good price and always something I crave. One place I can always count on.

  This place was disgusting I will never come back I will tell my friends and people that I work with they were disrespectful manager look like she did not have an iron she did not have her gloves on took my order got it wrong couple of times I can employees laughing and playing around in the back everyone everyone needs to know this door is nasty I think her name was Tony manager
