Had missing items from a delivery so I reached out to customer service who transferred me to the Leander store. Was then transferred again to the Grab and Go Dept and this girl Jasmine answered the phone by literally saying “yeah?”.. She is either new or very young based off how unprofessional she sounded. When I asked if I’d be getting a confirmation email of the redelivery she said she didn’t know, asked if I should call back if it didn’t arrive within the timeframe and she said “yeah sure”. I don’t even know how people get hired with 0 communication skills or basic social etiquette. I called back to see if I could speak with someone other than her who may know more and was transferred to a man who kept laughing on the phone as if my questions regarding confirmation was a joke. He clearly was passively trying be rude and it was obvious he lacks customer service. You work at a grocery store, dealing with customers on a daily basis. Randall’s need to hire people who have basic communication and customer service skills.
