The attendant comes up and asks if I can do something for her. She proceeds to access the survey and says could I please give her a 10!! What?!? I begrudgingly did it but was thinking the whole time ‘this never happens at HEB’. So ridiculous. Focus more on doing your job and not on a stupid survey. I won’t go back. Enjoy your 10!
