As I work in the vicinity, I regularly visit Randalls for lunch and have noticed that one particular employee in the deli department often appears dissatisfied with her role. She wears glasses and has dirty blonde hair. Today, I ordered chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. Upon reviewing the pricing, I realized that opting for the meal deal would be more cost-effective than purchasing each item separately. I inquired with the aforementioned employee about the meal deal option and was met with a look of annoyance. As a customer, I expect a certain level of assistance and courtesy from employees, particularly when it comes to providing helpful information. Instead of displaying annoyance, it would be beneficial for employees to offer suggestions, such as pointing out the potential cost savings of the meal deal. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the employee's attitude today prompted me to share my experience. Fortunately, my interactions with other employees at this location have been consistently pleasant.

During the winter storm Steve helped me find a specific yogurt that appeared to be out of stock. Lucia and Jazmine helped me efficiently bag up two separate orders. They are all patient and helpful.
