Called the manager and he knew my name (probably from my phone number) then proceeds rattle off some number i dont know and ask if that was me and I said no. Then he rattled off some order that wasn't mine and said there's no drink. I said that's not my order and not what was delivered. I was delivered the right food just not the drink. He got confused and said that was his only order for me and I confirmed the store number from the email and said I was literally looking at my email confirm. I just said nevermind and I'm not ordering Papa John's anymore which I'm not. He didn't care (not surprised) and just said yes sir so I ended the call. Holy moly.
