  We preordered and prepaid for 6 gallons for Christmas. We have previously ordered for years from the New Hope location without issue. When my son arrived to pick up the order he was told that in order to get one of the teas that we preordered and already paid for he would have to purchase another gallon because they didn’t want to make it. This is unacceptable, it was ordered in advance and paid for. They should not have forced him to buy a gallon we didn’t need and won’t be able to use because they didn’t want to have an extra gallon in their store. Will not return to this location.

  1 star to get the owners attention, will gladly change this to 5 stars once the problem has been addressed! On 2 separate days with different staff, we have attempted to order an iced blueberry tea latte....they dont have any idea what it is, though its on their menu. I sent it back 3x and even after clarifying and explaining that it was blueberry tea with milk, I was brought back the wrong thing each time. I recognize this is a new location, and want the owner to know that the staff needs more training in this area. I was confidently told "this is a latte" on my 3rd attempt, and was handed a blueberry tea with lemon. I was very excited for this location to open since the other doesn't do coffee or lattes. Im ready to be able to order my drink!! 🤣 thank you, will change rating once issue is fixed.

  The new HTeaO in Leander has made an exceptional impression from day one. Their tea selection is truly outstanding. Fresh, Flavorful, and crafted with care. The staff deserves equal praise. They are welcoming, attentive, and create a warm and positive experience from the moment you walk in. Their upbeat attitude contribute to the store’s inviting atmosphere. The grand opening event was excellent, highlighted by a memorable performance from the Glenn High School drumline and cheerleaders. Their talent added an energetic and celebratory touch to the occasion, making it clear that HTeaO values community and local partnerships. This location has set a high standard. If you enjoy exceptional tea and outstanding service, the HTeaO in Leander is well worth the visit!
