5 - HEB - HEB has great selection and prices. Sometime their floor layout makes no sense like the progression of isles is fruit, bakery, schools supplies, frozen food, car parts. Why not put non food items together but whatever. They still have good selection and prices and things are fresh, also the prebaked food is great. 1 - HEB curbside - we thought this might be easier than actually shopping. Boy we were wrong. We ordered the food on the app, its prices are higher but I get it there is more labor. Then they tell you a time to pick up the food. We planned our day around this some, so we would be there when needed. But then the app said it’s all delayed. Eventually it said to go. We went and got the last parking spot. We stayed an hour in that time I saw two cars get groceries delivered. Eventually the kids got so restless we had to cancel the order which was also disruptive to our meal plans. It would have been easier to just shop in the store. We went on a Sunday evening which might be the worst timeslot. But either way the curbside service is very incompetent and should be avoided at all costs 3 - average of the two. Also the delivery service is a 3. I orders groceries and they delivers them the next day. I love heb but if I’m not in the mood to shop in the store, I don’t think any of their services are worth using. I hate to say it but amazon is pretty reliable.

What is the pint of curbside pickup when it takes over an hour for groceries to be brought out. I could have shopped in store and at least not wasted time. They clearly overbooked their employees with time slots. Will be going to a different HEB from now on.

Worst curbside ever. I've gone to this curbside and waited a hour or more multiple times people got places to be and there is no priority towards efficiency or urgency this is not fair if you say arrive at 630 I should get my groceries the next 30 min not hour I will not be using curbside here ever again

How many times HEB? How many times do I have to speak to front door staff and to reach out to corporate to see what the training will be on what is a service dog, what is not and that even service dogs are not allowed IN CARTS?! P. S. This is what happens when you try to review.
