The staff are always smiling greeting Customers was enthusiasm and provide top-tier customer service. I love Cala for the fresh food, but I specifically love this location for the incredible workers and for the most part I have not seen the same workers working aside from one or two staff members. So it seems as though great customer service is a standard this location, truly values. Plus, the place is always incredibly clean!!!

He took his time explaining the different bowl options and thoughtfully recommended items for me to try, which I really appreciated. He was extremely friendly and even took the time to ask about my holiday, which felt very personal and kind. His excellent customer service truly stood out and made my entire evening. Experiences like this are why I’ll definitely be back!

It’s obvious to me the employees take a lot of pride in how they care for patrons and the restaurant. On this particular visit Natalie helped us. She was BEYOND friendly, helpful and patient. Glad she was there that day!
